PADUCAH, Ky. (Heartland News) - With 64 graduates walking across the stage, Lifeline Recovery Center in Paducah, Kentucky celebrated its largest graduating class ever.

The graduation ceremony took place on Saturday, November 7 at Lone Oak First Baptist Church.

Officials with the center say clients spend nine to twelve months in residential treatment as they work to overcome addiction, build life skills, rebuild relationships and find steady employment.

“Every person who crossed this stage tonight came to us at one of the hardest moments of their life, and they leave with hope, a job and a plan for the future,” said Ashley Miller, Lifeline executive director.

Sixty people graduated last year, making this year a milestone for the organization.
