Report of stolen vehicle leads to arrest of man, woman in Paducah
PADUCAH, Ky. (KFVS) - A stolen vehicle investigation led to the arrest of a man and woman in western Kentucky.
Brandon L. McPeak, 32, of Grantsburg, Illinois, was arrested on charges of first-degree possession of a controlled substance - first offense (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and violation of IPO.
Kelsey L. Littlemyer, 28, also of Grantsburg, was arrested on charges of receiving stolen property over $10,000, first-degree possession of a controlled substance - first offense (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Both were taken to the McCracken County Jail.
According to a news release from Paducah police, they were alerted by the Flock system on Thursday, November 26 to a possible stolen vehicle in the area of Hinkleville Road. Officers found the vehicle parked at an area business.
Police identified Littlemyer as the driver. They said McPeak was also in the vehicle.
The Metropolis Police Department had reported the vehicle as stolen, according to Paducah police. They say Littlemyer admitted to driving it for the past few weeks.
While searching the vehicle, officers found meth and drug paraphernalia.
Police were assisted by the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office, Kentucky State Police and the Metropolis Police Department.
