CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (Heartland News) - Three Heartland FCS teams played Saturday, after Southern Illinois won earlier in the week at Samford.

SEMO and Murray State were on the road at FBS opponents, with UT Martin hosting a fellow FCS opponent in Chicago State.

The Redhawks fell in Ames, but still covered the -29.5 spread, actually outgaining the Cyclones on the ground. UT Martin won handily over the FCS newcomers in Chicago State, pulling away quickly in the second quarter.
