MagSafe battery chargers recalled after reports of injuries from them catching fire

(CNN) - More than 1,000 MagSafe battery chargers have been recalled due to burn risks.
Flaunt is recalling about 1,400 of its MagSafe battery chargers. Regulators said there have been reports of the chargers overheating and catching fire.

Regulators said two people were burned by the chargers.
The recalled products have a circular button and model number E33A. They come in the colors melon, black, lavender or white. They were sold online at flauntcases.com from May 2024 to April 2025.
Customers are advised to stop using the chargers immediately. They can contact Flaunt for a full refund.
Regulators said the chargers contain lithium-ion batteries and require specialized disposal.
