Police: Arson started as fight between residents

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - Cape Girardeau Police say they are investigating an arson fire that happened on February 15.
Police say they were called to the 700 block of S. Ellis to help firefighters with an investigation.
Police officers say the victim reported that a tenant of the residence started the fire after a fight with another tenant.
Officers say the fire was put out in an upstairs bedroom.
No arrests have been made, and no injuries were reported.
