VIENNA, IL (KFVS) -

There have been multiple reports to the Vienna Police Department and the Johnson County Sheriff's Department about local residents who have had their debit card information used at various Walmarts.

Authorities say the suspects are using cloned debit cards to make unauthorized purchases.

The Walmarts where the financial identity thefts have occurred are in Marion, Anna and Paducah.

You are strongly encouraged to monitor your bank accounts for any unauthorized purchases; and authorities say you should report any suspicious activity.

The suspects in the Walmart pictures may be driving a white van.

According to the Vienna Police Department, more local victims were found during the investigation. They ask people once again to look over bank statements or log in to they bank accounts and look over transactions frequently.

If you have any information, you are urged to call the Vienna Police Dept. at 658-8264.

The sheriff says a packet of information on how to handle being a victim of stolen information is available upon request.
