Deputies make an arrest in connection with a shooting in Mississippi County.
They say 61 year old Ancy Babb of Wyatt shot and killed 29 year old Jamie Blasingain, also of Wyatt, on Saturday.  Blasingain was shot in the chest with a .22 caliber weapon.
It happened outside a home on Main St. in Wyatt.
Witnesses say Blasingain and Babb had been fighting most of Saturday, although no one is sure what the feud was about.
Sheriff Keith Moore believes alcohol may have been a factor.
"It's a tragedy because it's going to affect both families dearly," Sheriff Moore said.
Babb's held in the Mississippi County Detention Center without Bond.
"I wish somebody would've broken loose and called us," said Moore. "We could've done something to prevent this."
Babb is charged with murder in the first degree, armed criminal action, unlawful use of a weapon and assault in the first degree.
Sheriff Moore says authorities are familiar with both Babb and the victim, Blasingain. According to folks in Wyatt, both men were well known in the small community.
