Marion, IL man arrested after threatening to 'shoot up' school

MARION, IL (KFVS) - A Marion, Illinois man has been arrested after police said he made threats on a school.

On August 14 the Marion Police Department arrested Treston J. Miller, 21, for making terroristic threats.

Police said Miller was making an online threat to "shoot up" a school in Marion.

After an investigation, Miller was interviewed by police.  During the interview Miller admitted to the investigator that he had made the posts.

The investigation is continuing.
