CHISAGO COUNTY, MN (CNN) - A group of women were floating on the lake in a unicorn float when a sheriff's deputy noticed they were in distress.

The women had paddles but were unable to maneuver the weeds in the lake and became stuck.

After a few chuckles, authorities say the deputy rescued the women and it was caught on tape.

The Chisago County's Sheriff's Office posted the video on its Facebook page Saturday.

It shows the deputy throwing rope to the stranded women and pulling them to the shore.

The women and the unicorn made it out unscathed.

Their unicorn was painted in a rainbow theme.

The Facebook post said the entire scene was a front row seat to the greatest show on earth.
