Hawley's campaign accepts debate proposal from KFVS

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - Josh Hawley's campaign has accepted a debate proposal from Heartland News.
We have been talking to Senator McCaskill's campaign and they have yet to accept or deny the proposal at this time.
Our debate proposal includes a panel of local media including Kathy Sweeney and Jeff Cunningham.
The event would be open to the community and be in early September.
