CHARLESTON, MO (KFVS) - They've done it three times in a row and the SEMO Blazers have no plans of slowing down.
The youth boy's basketball team out of Charleston, Missouri won its third consecutive national championship in Wichita, Kansas at the Mid-America Youth Basketball Tournament over the weekend.
During the 5th grade tournament, the SEMO Blazers played the MO Kings and won 64-34.
Not only have they proven they're real champs, the boys went undefeated in all eight games this season.
Led by Coach DeMonte Farmer Jr., in August they they traveled to Orlando, Florida to play the national tournament and were finally defeated by a team from New York.
