2 injured and 1 person wanted after attempted armed robbery in Dyersburg, TN

DYERSBURG, TN (KFVS) - One person is still wanted after a robbery in Dyersburg, Tenn. on Aug. 4.

According to Dyersburg Police, two suspects attempted an armed robbery of Allen's Grocery. Allen McNeely, the owner of the business, and one of the suspects, Joshua Foster, 31, of Dyersburg, Tenn., were injured. McNeely had non-life-threatening injuries.

Foster was critically wounded and airlifted to a Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. Foster will be charged with Especially Aggravated Robbery and is wanted in Missouri for a Probation Violation. The other suspect escaped and is wanted by police.

Police describe the wanted suspect as a black male, slender build and is not believed to in the Dyersburg area.
