BERKELEY, Mo. (AP) - Several people are being treated for injuries after two buses collided in suburban St. Louis.
Metro Transit says two of its buses were involved in an accident around 3:15 p.m. Monday in the St. Louis County town of Berkeley. Metro spokeswoman Patti Beck says it is not believed that any of the injuries are life-threatening.
Beck says no other vehicles were involved. She did not know how many people were on the buses.
The cause of the accident was not immediately known. A woman answering the phone at Berkeley police headquarters said officers were still gathering information.
