CA man sentenced on drug conspiracy charge

CAPE GIRARDEAU, MO (KFVS) - According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, a Fresno, California man has been sentenced to 120 months on drug charges.
Rocha, Jr., 47, was sentenced for conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine. He was also ordered to serve a total of five years of supervised release and pay a $100 special assessment. Rocha appeared before United States District Judge Audrey G. Fleissig on July 16.
The man had previously pleaded guilty to conspiring with others to distribute 441.7 grams of meth which Rocha had mailed to associates in the Eastern District of Missouri from Fresno.

Rocha was arrested after Postal Inspectors intercepted the package. The case was investigated by the United States Postal Inspection Service, the Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
