First Alert: A little heat relief for parts of the Heartland

(KFVS) - Grant Dade says drier air is slowly moving across the area.
Temperatures this evening will be slightly cooler than last evening. Lows by morning will be in the upper 60s and lower 70s.

Drier air will continue to sink in from the north overnight and more of the Heartland will feel relief Wednesday.
Friday widespread scattered storms will take over the area and some of those storms could be strong to severe.
Right now much of the weekend looks dry and warm.
