Bear struck and killed by vehicle in Madison Co., MO

WAYNE COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - A bear was killed by a vehicle in Madison County on Sunday, July 15.
This happened on Highway 67 North, near the Cherokee Pass area.
According to Sgt. Parrott with Missouri State Highway Patrol, no one was injured in the vehicle.
The bear was removed by conservation agents.
