PIEDMONT, MO (KFVS) - WWII Veterans will be honored by an escorted ride of motorcycles from Festus to Piedmont, Missouri on July 3.

According to Chuck Bennett with the WWII Memorial Wall Escort Ride, will head out on Highway 67 from the Gold Star Harley-Davidson and will arrive in Piedmont between 2:30 and 3 p.m.

The riders and veterans participating will be escorted by Missouri State Highway Patrol with a replica of the WWII Memorial Wall.

Bennett said all WWII Veterans are welcome to stick around and be part of the parade in Piedmont as well. It will begin at 6 p.m.
