Sheriff arrested in Carroll County, KY charged with burglary and theft

KENTUCKY (KFVS) - An official of Carroll County, KY was arrested by the Kentucky State Police, Drug Enforcement/Special Investigations – West.
The Sheriff of the county, Jamie Kinman, was charged with two counts of burglary and two counts of theft of a controlled substance.
At this time, officials are still investigating.
