(KFVS) - Thousands of gas smokers have been recalled cause the gas hose can disconnect and spark a fire.
The recalled Masterbuilt 7-in-1 smoker comes in green or stainless steel with a Cabela's logo, or black with a Masterbuilt logo.
There have been five reports of the PVC gas hose becoming disconnected during use. In one of those reports, property was damaged as a result of a fire.
They were sold at several retailers including Cabela's and Gander Mountain from April 2011 to October 2016.
The smokers retailed from about $150-200.
If you have one of the recalled models, you should contact Masterbuilt for a free replacement rubber LP gas hose.
