Boat sinks after fire at Kinkaid Marina in Murphysboro, IL

MURPHYSBORO, IL (KFVS) - One boat sank and another was towed away after a fire at Kinkaid Marina in Murphysboro, Illinois on Monday, December 12.
According to the Murphysboro Fire Department, the fire started around 2 p.m. with one house boat and traveled to another.
They said the fire was contained to just those two boats.
No one was injured and the fire was extinguished.
Firefighters say the boat owners have been contacted.
