Domestic dispute leads to drug bust in Calloway County, KY

CALLOWAY COUNTY, KY (KFVS) - A call about a domestic disturbance at a home on Murray Paris Road in Calloway County leads to a drug bust.

According to the sheriff's department, deputies arrived and arrested Donald Carson on charges of 4th degree assault (domestic violence), menacing, and terroristic threatening.

Deputies found a marijuana pipe on Carson during the arrested.

During the investigation, deputies got a search warrant for the home.

Officers found five pounds of suspected marijuana, some of which is considered medical grade. They also found $38,000 in cash, and multiple firearms inthe home.

Carson faces additional charges of trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
