Sheriff: Foul play not ruled out in case of missing Puxico, MO man

BUTLER COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - A Puxico, Missouri man has been missing for nearly two months, but his family says they aren't giving up hope.

According to the Butler County sheriff, 50-year-old Tim Harbin is in serious danger and they haven't ruled out foul play.

Harbin was last seen at K&J's Git-N-Go in Fisk in April.

He is described as 6 feet, 2 inches tall and around 230 pounds.

His truck, a 1999 black Ford F150, is also missing. It has a silver stripe on the bottom.

We talked to his family who said they are extremely worried. The believe someone may know something and are hoping someone steps forward with information.

His aunt, Carolyn Vardell, said she never went long without talking to him.

"I love him," Vardell said. "I care about him, and it worries me that something's happened to him."
