SCOTT CITY, MO (KFVS) - A Scott City woman was arrested after a report of drug activity led officers to a home in the 1400 block of Broadway.
The Scott City Police Department reports they arrested 30 year-old Rachel Spinks after officers served a warrant to search her home.
During the search, officers seized multiple baggies containing methamphetamine. Officers also located were two glass smoking pipes, two digital scales, multiple marijuana smoking devices, two small baggies of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana, and a quantity of prescription pills.
In addition, officers found two quantities of suspected Butane Honey Oil (BHO). BHO is a concentrated and extremely potent substance derived from marijuana.
Spinks is facing the following charges: possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute, two counts of possession of a controlled substance (C Felony), possession of a controlled substance (misdemeanor).
Scott City police report Spinks is being held on a $25,000 cash or surety bond.
