IRON COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - The identity of the man killed in a train versus pickup truck crash in Iron County has been released.

The highway patrol reports an Amtrak train collided with a vehicle, killing the person inside of a pickup truck Monday morning.

Iron County Sheriff Roger Medley said Glen Wisdom, 62, of Middle Brook, Missouri, was driving the pickup truck and was killed in the crash.

It happened around 9 a.m. in Middle Brook, Missouri.

The highway patrol reports no one on the Amtrak train was injured.

The Amtrak train was heading from San Antonio, Texas to St. Louis, Missouri and was driven by Harold W. Sutton, 51, of Hensley, Arkansas.

The train was carrying 171 passengers and 14 crew members.Wisdom was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.

He was transported by the coroner to the Cole Funeral Home.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol and Iron County Sheriff's Office are investigating.
