(KFVS) - If you're celebrating a birthday today you're sharing it with a couple of music stars who broke on the scene in the 1980s.
Her first big hit was "I Think We're Alone Now," in 1987.  She followed that up with "Could've Been." Both songs ended up topping the charts. Tiffany is 44 today.

He was the lead vocalist of the Police, known for such hits as "Every Breath You Take" and "Don't Stand so Close to Me." He also had a pretty successful solo career releasing ten albums on his own. Sting is 64 today.

This singer-songwriter topped the charts with one of the most talked about songs of the 1970s. Everyone wanted to know what the lyrics meant in "American Pie." Only Don McClean knows for sure. He's 70 today.

She's seen weekday mornings right here on KFVS12. She was once Regis Philbin's sidekick and now she's teamed up with Michael Strahan. Kelly Ripa is 45 today.
