REYNOLDS COUNTY, MO (KFVS) - The autopsy is complete on a missing Reynolds County found dead on Thursday afternoon, March 12.

According to Reynolds County Sheriff Tom Volner, the autopsy showed no signs of foul play. He said the official cause of death/autopsy results for Barbara Grillo won't be available for four to six weeks.

Grillo was found in the woods near her home around 2 p.m. on Thursday.

According to Sheriff Volner, they called the dogs in on Thursday to search and found her body.

They do not suspect foul play, as of right now.

Sheriff Volner said deputies have been working several leads/tips in the investigation, all of which proved fruitless.

Grillo was reported missing on Feb. 14.

He said the day after Grillo went missing, was when the area received a lot of snow, which may have thrown off the scent for the dogs and took them longer to find her.

An autopsy has been scheduled for 10 a.m. on Friday, March 13.
