Police: Man arrested after found impaired in parked vehicle in Miner

MINER, MO (KFVS) - An Arnold, Mo. man was arrested in Miner on DWI and drug charges.

Ross Anthony Mccutchen, 29, was charged with possession with intent, possession of a controlled substance, DWI aggravated offender and unlawful use of a drug paraphernalia.

On August 19, Miner police say they found Mccutchen in his vehicle, parked on a parking lot, with the vehicle running, just off of Rodgers Street. After further investigation, police say Mccutchen appeared to be impaired and was arrested for aggravated offender DWI.

According to police, they found a large quantity of dangerous narcotics in the vehicle that appeared to be packaged for sale.

Mccutchen's bond was set at $1,500 cash. He was taken to the Scott County Sheriff's Department for holding.
