Good Afternoon!  Here are just some of the stories we are working on for Heartland News and

Programming Alert: Due to CBS Coverage of the NCAA Tournament on Friday,  Heartland News at 6 and 10 p.m. will be live at and on The Heartland's CW (WQWQ).  Heartland News at 10 p.m. will also air on KFVS12 following basketball coverage.

And, as a reminder, the Kenny Rogers Children's Center 31st Annual Telethon hours: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday. and The Heartland CW will air portions of the telethon from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Saturday and 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.

And, organizers of the telethon will show off their brand new addition, including a 7,000 square foot jungle gym! Lauren Keith has a special report on how the Kenny Rogers Center is advancing tonight on Heartland News!

An explosion and house fire last night caused by a "shake and bake" meth lab in Advance has led to the arrest of three people.
