LOS ANGELES, CA (CNN, KFVS) - A Hollywood treatment of the Oklahoma City bombing is on its way.
Barry Levinson will direct a political thriller based on the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building.
The tentative title of the film is "O-K-C."
The script writer is the brother of a legal clerk who worked on bomber Timothy McVeigh's defense team.
The Oklahoma City bombing was the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil before Nine-Eleven.
The bombing left 168 dead. McVeigh was executed for the attack in 2001.
