Police find 31 marijuana plants in man's home

MURRAY, KY (KFVS) - Police found 31 marijuana plants growing in a Calloway County man's home.

James Pendergrass is charged with cultivation of marijuana more than five plants, a Class D felony.

Community complaints led Murray Police to search the home of Pendergrass at 223 Mazurek Circle on Wednesday where they found 31 marijuana plants and elaborate indoor grow equipment.

The Pennyrile Task Force, Kentucky State Police and the Calloway County Sheriff's Department assisted with the investigation.
