Cape Central swimmer wins State Championship

CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - Cape Central Swimmer Phin Theall won a Missouri Boys State Championship on Friday, November 10 in the 100 Butterfly.
Theall also finished 5th in the 50 Freestyle.
The Championship took place in St. Peters, Missouri.
