CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - A crash off of West Cape Rock Drive left some residents without power.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, a 2004 Toyota Odyssey driven by a 29-year-old Cape Girardeau woman, was going eastbound when it went off the road and hit a utility pole around 7:20 p.m. on Thursday, June 11.

The passengers, a 61-year-old Cape Girardeau woman and three young children, were injured in the crash. They were taken to an area hospital by ambulance.

Just after the crash, 1,129 Cape Girardeau residents lost power.

By 4:30 a.m. on Friday, Ameren Missouri reported three customers were still without power.
