CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - The 3rd annual Shipyard Music Festival begins on Friday.

This fall, the festival will be held in the parking lot of the Century Casino grounds in downtown Cape Girardeau September 17-18.

The event will have national, regional and local bands performing on two stages.

The lineup includes:

  • The Wild Feathers

Event organizers are happy to be holding the event again. The festival was canceled in 2020 due to COVID-19.

“This event continues to grow lots of support from the community and sponsors,” said Jeff Rawson, Shipyard Festival organizer. “So, folks can come out and expect to have a good time with their community. Of course, it’s been a while since we all get to hang out together. And this gives us an opportunity to get outside and get in a big, beautiful space; enjoy some music; great food; and great time with your friends and family.”

On-site parking will be available with various VIP experiences.
