FRANKFORT, Ky. (KFVS) - The Kentucky Senate voted on Friday, March 5 to cap insulin copays for Kentuckians with state-regulated insurance plans.

They voted 35-0 on House Bill 95.

This would cap the insurance plans to $35 per 30-day supply.

The bill now goes to the state House of Representatives for consideration of the emergency clause and other changes made in the Senate.
