(KFVS) - After weeks of dry weather, a much wetter and more unsettled pattern will be with us for the next several days.
Rain looks to be light and scattered today, but heavier rain and even some thunderstorms are possible tonight through about Tuesday morning.
We’ve had a few light showers this morning, but should get a lull before more heavier showers develop this afternoon and evening.
Heavier showers and thundershowers are likely tonight and into Monday morning.
SPC continues with a low-level risk of severe storms for Monday into Monday night.
There will be significant shear but instability will be marginal so widespread severe is not likely.
A few heavy downpours could develop as well.
On Tuesday and Wednesday the front will drift north and rain chances will decrease.
After a warm and humid Thursday, a stronger cold front will make a final pass on Friday with another chance of stronger thunderstorms, followed by a cooler weekend
