CAPE GIRARDEAU, Mo. (KFVS) - A Scott County school bus caught fire in a repair lot on Friday, August 7.

According to Cape Girardeau Fire Chief Travis Hollis, the school bus was taken to a repair lot in the 2300 block of Independence St. in Cape Girardeau.

Around noon, it caught fire, sending a large cloud of smoke into the air.
