ILLINOIS (KFVS) - As the state moves forward with reopening, Illinois State Police say they won’t arrest someone for violating the executive orders or emergency rules.

They do urge residents to comply.

They said in the Facebook post they would “only apply those emergency rules to entities such as corporations, LLPs or other business entities consistent with state and constitutional law.”
