Murray State creates voluntary travel form for students, staff who traveled for spring break

MURRAY, Ky. (KFVS) - Murray State University created a voluntary travel form for students and staff who decided to travel internationally or domestically for spring break.
The University strongly encouraged their campus community to reconsider all non-essential travel plans.
For those who do travel, they encouraged them to complete a voluntary travel form.
