9 crashes, most due to wet surfaces, reported in Ky.

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - Travelers are asked to use caution in wet conditions.

Marshall County, Kentucky Sheriff’s Office officials said nine collisions happened Wednesday afternoon.

Most were due to the rain and wet surfaces.

People reported injuries in three of those crashes.

Officials said to slow down and activate your headlights during rainy or inclement weather.

They also said to allow yourself a little extra time for travel.
