Mo. Judges' missing son found dead

(KFVS/AP) - A man with ties to Missouri has been found dead after he was reported missing to police in Sacramento, California.

Police said 25-year-old Alexander Holden disappeared in California in December of 2019.

According to KY3, a sister-station in Springfield, Mo., Holden is the son of Greene County, Mo. Judge Calvin Holden and Judge Margaret Palmietto.

According to the Associated Press, the Springfield News Leader reports that Judge Holden confirmed the death of his son in a text message late Sunday.

He did not provide further information on his son’s death.

Family members of Holden offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to his return, according to the Associated Press,

They posted a video with information on that reward on Facebook.

Holden was last seen on December 31, 2019.

A tip line was established for information on Holden’s disappearance, according to Sacramento police.

He was last seen in the Downtown Sacramento area.

His family said Holden’s disappearance was uncharacteristic and that they were concerned for his welfare.
