SCOTT COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) - A once armed and dangerous man out of Scott County is now back behind bars.
On Dec. 7 the Scott County Sheriff’s office announced they had arrested Christian Montgomery, 23, of Morley, without incident.
Montgomery was wanted on two active warrants and was considered armed and dangerous.
He is charged with a number charges from two different counties and one police department.
For Scott County, Montgomery is charged with, resisting arrest, exceed posted speed limit, operating a Motor Vehicle in careless and imprudent manner, fail to stop for stop sign, fail to signal, following too closely, possession of marijuana, no operators license and No rear license plate light. In Miner, fail to appear traffic offense and in Stoddard County forgery times four felony.
