Southbound lanes of I-57 blocked in Jefferson County, Ill.

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Ill. (KFVS) - The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office is asking drivers to avoid the southbound lanes of I-57 in Jefferson County, Ill.
According to Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office, a semi is blocking both southbound lanes between Mt. Vernon, Ill. and Ina, Ill. near the 85-mile marker.
Illinois State Police is on the scene and due to the weather, it could take a while to be cleared.
