Suspects in Graves Co. thefts identified, charged

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - The Graves County Sheriff’s Office said it identified suspects caught on camera in connection to alleged thefts.

A homeowner called the sheriff’s office saying items had been taken from the property. The thefts happened on Aug. 24 after 12 p.m.

After the evidence photos were posted on social media, tips came in to the sheriff’s office.

One of the suspects was found to be in the Marshall County Jail on unrelated charges. That suspect was identified as Brad Bristoe, 43, of Mayfield, Ky.

A confession was made of the thefts which consisted of a gas powered generator, and a power pressure washer.

He attributed his actions to being under the influence of methamphetamine.

The second suspect was located in Mayfield and identified as Tonya Jackson, 43, also of Mayfield. She admitted during the interview as being with Bristoe during one of the thefts.

Bristoe was charged with both burglary and theft related to two separate thefts at this home.

Jackson was charged with burglary 3rd Degree and booked into the Graves County Jail.
