Woman claims God told her to start fire

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WAVE) - A woman who is being held on an arson charge says she did it, but her instructions came from a higher power.
Penny Lineweaver, 35, of Frankfort, was arrested Sunday morning after she set clothes and a chair on fire with a lighter.
When emergency crews arrived, they say Lineweaver told them God had instructed her to start the fire.
Lineweaver is being at the Franklin County Regional Jail on a $50,000 cash bond.
