Today is a First Alert Action Day! Isolated storms are possible through the afternoon hours today, and those storms could be severe with damaging winds and isolated tornadoes. Then this evening a strong line of storms will push in from the west around 7PM and track eastward across the Heartland. These storms could be severe with damaging winds, isolated hail and isolated tornadoes. The risk of severe weather is greatest over Southeast Missouri. Showers and thunderstorms are expected to weaken after midnight into the early morning hours. Lows tonight will be in the 60s. Highs for the next week and beyond look summer-like in the upper 80s.
