4 indicted for 2016 Fulton County, Kentucky inmate death

FULTON COUNTY, Ky. (KFVS) - Four people were indicted in connection to the death of a Fulton County inmate in October 2016.

A Fulton County Grand Jury issued the indictments on May 13.

Daniel J. Thomas, 35, of Fulton, Ky., is a former corrections officer at the jail and was indicted and charged with first-degree wanton endangerment.

Danny B. Wilder, Jr., 35, of Marion, Ky., is a former inmate and was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second offense; first-degree promoting contraband; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of controlled substance, first offense, methamphetamine; and persistent felony offender.

Steven Juniper, 28, of Sandy Hook, Ky., is a former inmate and was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second offense; first-degree promoting contraband; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of a controlled substance, first offense, methamphetamine; and persistent felony offender.

Ronnie C.J. Littlejohn, 29, of Cincinnati, Ohio, is a former inmate and was indicted for first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, second offense; first-degree promoting contraband; tampering with physical evidence; first-degree possession of controlled substance, first offense, methamphetamine; and persistent felony offender.

As of Friday, May 17, the warrants for Wilder, Juniper and Littlejohn had not been served.

According to Kentucky State Police, the four people were indicted in the death of Kyle Combs, 28, who overdosed on Oct. 26, 2016.
