First Alert: Taste of Summer continues

(KFVS) - It’s feeling like summer across the Heartland on Friday, May 17.

Temperatures are in the 80s and there are sunny skies.

Chief Meteorologist Grant Dade says the evening will continue to be warm with clear skies and temperatures falling through the 70s. Lows by morning will be in the mid-60s.

Saturday will be partly cloudy and warm. There could be pop-up storm in the far western counties on Saturday afternoon, but most areas will stay dry.

Highs will reach the middle to upper-80s.

Grant says there is a good chance of storms on Saturday night into Sunday. Some of the storms could be strong.
