1 lane closed on I-57 after truck hauling blackberries catches fire

PULASKI CO., IL (KFVS) - A semi truck caught fire in the northbound lanes of Interstate 57 at mile post 11 at 4 a.m.

Illinois State Police said one lane of the roadway was closed at that mile post.

Update: All lanes are back open. One lane of I-57 north bound is closed at milepost 11 due to a semi fire.

Pulaski County ESDA/EMA officials advised drivers to use caution in the area.

Officials said to slow down and give yourself extra drive time.

No injuries were reported.

The truck was hauling blackberries according to officials.
