It is a dry and mild start with temperatures in the upper 50s to low 60s. Thicker cloud cover is moving into the Heartland this morning. A cold front will slowly move through the Heartland bringing isolated rain and thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening. These should stay below severe limits. High temperatures today will be in the 70s.
With this system today and another moving in tomorrow, scattered rain and thunderstorms will stick around on Wednesday and Thursday. The severe threat during these days are low.
Friday is looking to be our next full dry day where we will see sun again.
