(KFVS) - Good Friday morning, it is April 19.

First Alert Forecast

Get ready for another rainy day.

Brian Alworth says today will be a lot cooler than yesterday. High temperatures will be in the upper 40s, to low 50s.

We could see a slight break in the rain later this morning, and then heavier rain in the afternoon and evening. Currently it looks like best chance of rain today will be over our southeastern counties closer to the center of the low…with drier conditions over northern and western counties.

Wind today could make it feel chillier as well.

The rain will slowly move out from west to east overnight leaving us mainly dry and much more pleasant for the weekend.

The meteorologists are keeping an eye on what could be an active few days in the middle of next week.
